The prices for apartments are per apartment and per day and include sheets, towels and  W-LAN . The cost for the final cleaning (50,00 euros), fresh bread, the use of the washing machine are not included!

From the 1st of January 2021, the province of Bolzano will request the payment of a visitor’s tax of 1,75 € per person per day (except for children under the age of 14).

The Apartment is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is at 9.30 am on departure day.

Cancellation policy:
We look forward to seeing you. We ask for your understanding that we retain the deposit in the event of a cancellation, and that we charge the full amount in the event of a late arrival or an early departure. Up to 4 weeks before the arrival, we do not charge any further cancellation fees. Within the last 4 weeks before the arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
