  • Price information

    • The apartment price of € 70.00 – € 140.00 (depending on season and occupancy) is per apartment and per day, including bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi.
    • Not included in the price are the bread roll delivery service and use of the washing machine.
    • Additionally, a local tourist tax of €2.70 per person per day applies (children under 14 are exempt).
    • Final cleaning: €60.00

  • Pets

    Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and for a small extra charge.

  • Arrival & departure

    • On the day of arrival, the apartments are available from 2:00 p.m.
    • On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to return the apartment key by 9:30 a.m.

  • Cancellation

    We look forward to welcoming you. Please understand that in the event of a cancellation, we retain the deposit. In case of a late arrival or early departure, the full booking price will be charged.

    No additional cancellation fees apply up to 4 weeks before arrival.

    For cancellations made within the last 4 weeks before arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total booking price will be charged.

  • Facilities

    A covered parking space is available, as well as a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer during the winter season.
